  • RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED IN OUR E-BOUTIQUE
    • Spencer & Rutherford want you to be completely happy with your purchase so we offer the opportunity to return full priced items purchased through our eBoutique, within 7 days of receipt.

    • Please note that we do not offer refunds, however we do offer a ‘web credit’ for the amount of the claimed purchase, excluding the delivery charge. This can be redeemed in our eBoutique.

    • Goods must be returned in perfect condition, unused in their original packaging, and all tags must remain attached.

    • Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

    • There are NO returns on SALE items.

    • Goods purchased online cannot be returned to our retail boutiques.

    • Spencer & Rutherford reserves the right to refuse any returns, if they do not meet the stated conditions.

    • If you have an item you have purchased from our eBoutique and you would like to return it for a web credit, please complete the following procedure:

    • 1. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the item to attain a Return Authorisation Number (RA#).

    • 2. Call us on 1300 772 247 or email us at: returns@spencerandrutherford.com to receive your RA number.

    • 3. Complete a RETURNS form (click here to download a pdf) and be sure to include your RA number.

    • 4. Send this form along with your Return item and a copy of your Spencer & Rutherford online invoice, to the address on the RETURNS form. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to the correct Spencer & Rutherford address. Returned items that are damaged, soiled or altered in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • RECEIVING A CREDIT FOR THE RETURNED ITEM
    • Once your return has been received and approved, you will be issued with a web credit sent to you via email, for the value of the order excluding delivery. This web credit can be redeemed in our eBoutique and will be valid for a period of six months from date of issue.

  • EXCHANGING A PURCHASE
    • Spencer & Rutherford does not offer an exchange service for online purchases. However, you can return your purchase and once it has been received in original condition and approved, you will be issued with a web credit sent to you via email, for the value of the order excluding delivery. This can be redeemed in our eBoutique. This credit will be valid for a period of six months from date of issue.

  • LATE RETURNS
    • Your item must be received by us within 21 days from date of invoice. Items returned outside this time will only be accepted at the discretion of Spencer & Rutherford.

  • RETURNING A SALE ITEM
    • Spencer & Rutherford does not offer return or exchange on SALE items. Please ensure you choose carefully at time of purchase.

  • RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED IN A SPENCER & RUTHERFORD STORE
    • Spencer & Rutherford eBoutique cannot accept returned items that were purchased in a Spencer & Rutherford store. Please return the item to the Spencer & Rutherford store from which you purchased it to organise a credit or an exchange.

  • RETURNING A SPENCER & RUTHERFORD ITEM I HAVE PURCHASED IN ANOTHER STORE
    • Spencer & Rutherford does not accept returns or exchanges of Spencer & Rutherford items that were purchased in department stores or specialty boutiques. Please return the item to the store from which you purchased it to arrange for return or exchange. This is subject to individual store policy.
